No, you don’t need to register to access or take the modules. However, registration is necessary if you want to receive a certificate.

No, you can take the modules in any order. You can also stop and pick up where you left off whenever you like.

To reset your password, go to the login link which you can find in the main menu or navigation bar at the top of the web page. Once you click the login link, you will be taken to the login form. At the bottom of the login form, you will see a link that says “Request a new password.” Click this link and you will be asked to fill in your email address or username. Once you fill this in and click submit, an email will be sent to the email address you input to the form. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case the email was directed to that folder.

Each module varies in length, but the total course content takes approximately 3-4 hours to complete. Once you’ve started, you can pause at any time and return later to continue.

Module 7: Supporting Indigenous Peers and Families as They Navigate the Family Policing System

Time: 30-40 min.

The modules are completely free as a service to the community.

If you are having issues logging in with the email address that you had registered with, there are a few steps you can take:

  1. Make sure the email address and password are spelled correctly.
  2. Check your junk or spam folders of the email address you had registered with. Be sure you have received an email confirming your registration.
  3. Reset your password. See the FAQ tab for information on how to reset your password.

You can find your course progress under the My Courses link in the main menu or navigation bar at the top of the web page. This page is where you will find the courses you are enrolled in, the on-demand courses that come with your Community membership level, your course progress, your letters of completion, and your final certificate.

These modules are free and open to everyone. Feel free to share them with your friends, family, and community members.
