Yes, registration is required to receive a certificate for completing the course.
To reset your password, go to the login link which you can find in the main menu or navigation bar at the top of the web page. Once you click the login link, you will be taken to the login form. At the bottom of the login form, you will see a link that says “Request a new password.” Click this link and you will be asked to fill in your email address or username. Once you fill this in and click submit, an email will be sent to the email address you input to the form. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case the email was directed to that folder.

You can find your course progress under the My Courses link in the main menu or navigation bar at the top of the web page. This page is where you will find the courses you are enrolled in, the on-demand courses that come with your Community membership level, your course progress, your letters of completion, and your final certificate.
