This course helps parents, peers, and service providers understand the challenges faced by at-risk mothers and birthing parents. Through the seven modules listed below, it raises awareness of parental rights issues, child apprehension trauma, and offers tools to prevent or reduce harm during child removal, and support family reunification. Participants will learn to advocate for the rights of mothers and birthing parents and navigate government agencies, with a focus on keeping families together.
